Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a full refund or free replacement.

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item

Non-returnable items:

• Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refund process:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
• We do not require you to return the item physically
